Meet Christopher Mammoliti

Christopher Mammoliti is a proud husband, father, community advocate, and former Toronto District School Board Trustee committed to ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed in a safe, supportive, and high-quality public education system.

A long-time Ward 9 resident, Christopher and his wife Barbara have built their life together in the community they proudly call home. They met while studying and working together at Seneca College, married at The Grand Luxe, and are now raising their two young children in Ward 9. Like many local families, they understand the importance of strong neighbourhood schools, engaged parents and caregivers, and responsible leadership that always puts students first.

Christopher previously served as a Toronto District School Board Trustee and as Vice-Chair of the Board, where he worked collaboratively to strengthen governance, improve accountability, support responsible financial decision-making, and advocate for students, parents, caregivers, educators, and school communities.

Throughout his public service, Christopher has believed that parents and caregivers deserve to be heard, students deserve every opportunity to succeed, and schools should remain safe, inclusive, and focused on academic excellence. He is committed to listening, being accessible, and working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, educators, community partners, and all stakeholders to ensure every voice is heard and every decision is made in the best interests of students.

Christopher’s commitment to serving others extends beyond public education. After overcoming colorectal cancer, he became a passionate advocate for patients and caregivers, inspired by the exceptional care he received at North York General Hospital. Today, he continues supporting families facing similar challenges while promoting cancer awareness and community health initiatives.

Professionally, Christopher combines public service experience with a strong business background. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Seneca College, where he continues to give back through community and advisory initiatives.

Christopher is running for TDSB Trustee because he believes every student deserves the best possible education, every parent and caregiver deserves a strong voice, and every decision should be guided by accountability, transparency, collaboration, and the best interests of students. He is committed to working with families, educators, community partners, and all stakeholders to help build a stronger future for Ward 9 schools.

Here are just a few of many platform highlights:

  • Education Fundamentals- Focusing on core skills like Math, Language and Sciences.

  • Student Safety- Walkways, Kiss & Ride Lanes as well as vehicle congestion are among the most common issues shared by Parents, Teachers, Residents and Transportation Drivers.

  • Resources- It is critical that funding for education stays within the classroom and that resources are readily available for the continuously growing population of TDSB students.

  • Responsiveness and Accountability to you- It is a personal mandate of Christopher’s to operate with the highest level of integrity, at all times. This means being responsive and accountable to the constituents who elect in their representative, for every single one of their concerns.
